Cultivate a network that is built on mutual professional aspirations and personal ventures with other sales leaders.
This confidential group provides a supportive and educational forum for heads of sales & business development to share their experience, ask questions, and get advice to support their personal and professional development in this field.
The EGN Sales Leaders peer group is designed for professionals whose day-to-day activities are primarily focused on sales and/or building and managing a sales team.
Sales Leaders have many challenges to address, including managing high expectations from above, dealing with diverse cultures and personalities within countries and across Asia, and dealing with the changing sales environment brought on by the pandemic. While there are a plethora of sales training resources, courses and experts, this group goes much further by creating a trusted network for professionals with similar responsibilities but varied experience and subject matter expertise. Group members will be able to share different perspectives, and both give and receive advice on the opportunities and challenges. In addition to regular peer group meetings there will be opportunities for members to communicate, seek advice and share resources online.
