Purposeful Career Planning

"I expect my boss to take care of my career development" - a mindset that bears no guarantee for career progress. HR and your boss may have objectives for your career trajectory that do not align with what fulfills you. A wait-and-see strategy is not ideal for your career progression.

In this session, we will go beyond the traditional HR process and ask questions that make you reflect on the right steps for you. You will design your professional journey pro-actively, strategically, and purposefully.

Delivery method includes "hot seat" sessions, where we ask individual peer group members to share their Big Audacious Goals and reflect on optimal steps to reach those.

Join us to take on a bold mindset on career planning that is aligned to who you are and what you truly want. Presented and facilitated by your chair, Mette Johansson, who does similar sessions in her open Women in Leadership programmes, as well as for individual companies including Microsoft and various companies in mining.
