Infusing GenAI in the Flow of Work
We are living through the early days of the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) revolution. This first phase focuses on leveraging GenAI for tasks that are repetitive or easily replicable. But as we move into the next phase, the nature of work itself will undergo a dramatic transformation. Some jobs will cease to exist, new roles will emerge, and the shelf life of skills will shorten significantly.
Emerging technologies like GenAI are already challenging us to rethink how we work, define jobs, and structure workplaces. While large language models and GenAI solutions are still evolving, organizations are eager to deploy these technologies. The challenge lies in understanding how to align GenAI with real-world problems to deliver impactful results.
Join Sarmista Mondol as she shares insights from her leadership at IBM Consulting, where she leads Generative AI (GenAI)-enabled talent transformation engagements across APAC. In this session, she will discuss how IBM is redefining workflows, enhancing productivity, and solving client challenges through GenAI.
Key takeaways from this session:
Practical use cases where GenAI is transforming workflows and driving efficiency.
Strategies for preparing your organization to leverage GenAI solutions effectively.
