Strategic Leadership in an Age of Geopolitical Volatility:
How do leaders navigate geopolitics effectively in today's business environment?
In today's increasingly polarized and unpredictable global landscape, geopolitical tensions are reshaping the business environment at an unprecedented pace. Trade wars, shifting alliances, rising nationalism, and regulatory uncertainty are no longer confined to political arenas-they have become critical factors influencing business strategy, leadership, and supply chains.
CEOs and business leaders must now navigate a complex web of risks and opportunities, requiring a good understanding of geopolitical forces and an agile approach to decision-making. This seminar will explore how leaders can develop strategic resilience, foster adaptive leadership, and create value in an era defined by volatility and uncertainty.
Join us for an interactive discussion at the MU-EGN CEO Seminar. This annual flagship event gives you the opportunity to learn from panel speakers across different industries. There is also plenty of business networking that takes place at the seminar.
By the end of the session, you will learn how to lead and navigate your business in today's geopolitical environment.
