We've had a number of discussions over the last 12 months on topics such as the war for talent, employer value propositions, the changing nature of work post Covid and attracting talent. For this meeting we will be focusing on an underlying theme of these discussions; talent acquisition. We will look at best practice talent acquisition teams, what they do and how they do it.

There are a number of members of our group who lead talent acquisition teams so we'd love to hear from you and what you and your team are doing. If you are willing to share your experiences and best practices with our group during this meeting, I'd love to hear from you. 

In the second half of the meeting we will return to our 'wise crowd' and advisory board sessions so if you would like to seek the guidance and input of the group on a current challenge that you are facing, please let me know and we will make this happen for you.
