What long term plans are you working on and if you're not, what should you be thinking about?

In this meeting we will be taking a longer term view of our work, our roles and the future by sharing our longer term plans, understanding what our focus areas are for the long term and sharing and learning about what else we should be working on. If you are interested and willing to share yours or your organisation's long term plans with the group, please let me know.

In preparation for this meeting, can you please think about two to three long term initiatives that you are currently planning, or already working on, that is a part of your long term focus for you to share with the group in some small group discussions.

We also have some space available for anyone who would like to share a current challenge as a part of our Advisory Board session. If you would like to tap into the wisdom and the experience of the group, please contact me directly.
