About the Speaker:
Isdar Marwan is a Senior Human Resources executive with 23 years of experience in leading Human Resources teams, advising top management of companies and clients on people strategy, organizational change, organizational culture, talent management, and development in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific region. He has a proven track record in developing people strategy and aligning it with business strategy to achieve optimum business results in Permata Bank (Banking), Manulife Indonesia (Life Insurance), and PT BITI 2000 (Heavy Equipment Trading).
Currently, Isdar Marwan works at Mercer as a Director of Career Services, where he is responsible for developing and delivering solutions for the talent and career development of individuals and organizations. His role focuses on helping them unlock their potential and achieve an optimum level of results.
