Sandra Quelle is the visionary Founder and Chief Career Coach at The Happy Mondays Co, where she leverages her extensive background in recruitment, coaching, and wellness to help professionals forge fulfilling careers. Sandra’s evidence-based, holistic coaching philosophy has encouraged over 500 professionals across 15 countries to embrace their potential, navigate uncertainties, and redefine success on their own terms.
Originating from Spain, Sandra’s global journey spans five cities on three continents, enriching her understanding of diverse career landscapes. Before establishing The Happy Mondays Co in 2016, she honed her expertise with international headhunting firms in London and Singapore. Sandra is academically decorated with a Master's in Strategy, a Business Degree, and a Diploma in Counseling & Psychotherapy.
An ardent practitioner of yoga and mindfulness, Sandra embodies the principles she preaches—adaptability, empathy, and empowerment, and is dedicated to catalyzing professional growth and fostering inclusive, impactful workplace cultures.
Tuyen Do
Tuyen Do is the Principal Career Coach at The Happy Mondays Co., where her philosophy is that true success is self-defined. With an extensive background in banking & finance, and fintech, Tuyen has honed her skills in consultancy, sales, marketing, and learning & development. She found her calling in people development, blending her strategic acumen with a desire to make a meaningful difference.
Tuyen's coaching and training empower individuals and organizations to achieve their goals joyfully and sustainably. Her method combines corporate insights with a profound grasp of the human psyche, delivering results with empathy and compassion. Her work helps clients overcome challenges and effect enduring transformations.
Embracing her Australian-Vietnamese roots, Tuyen's love for travel and cultural exploration has taken her across four continents, with visits to five, reflecting her boundless curiosity and adventurous nature. This global perspective enriches her approach to every client and her continuous learning journey. Tuyen holds a double major in business, with training in coaching and marketing, plus expertise in nervous system support. And believe it or not, was also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
