About the speaker: Staci Hegarty
Staci Hegarty is the Chief Operating Officer for Envision RISE. Staci holds masters degrees in Anthropology and Higher Education. Her work centers on Human Strategy, a platform that considers all aspects of the human experience at work, including Human Resources Management (HRM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Environmental Sustainability, Social Responsibility and Ethical Corporate Governance (ESG).
In addition to her experience in Human Strategy, her experts in higher education focusing on underrepresented adult learners gives her specialized insights into the educational aspect of creating change within organizations.
Staci is an international public speaker, with experience addressing audiences in the United States, Canada, and Europe. She works with businesses, universities, and K-12 educators that want to create cultures that value and uplift all employees and students. As the host of the Envision RISE podcast, she reaches audiences in 23 countries.
