The goal is to provide a supportive environment where individuals can explore and develop emotional strategies, that lead to a more balanced, fulfilling life.
This presentation includes practical, ready-to-use techniques, which can be immediately applied. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a deeper understanding of how to harness emotional intelligence to enhance both their work and personal life, leading to improved well-being and success.
*All participants will also receive a downloadable guided meditation that will support them in applying what was learned during the workshop.

Dr. Masha Malka
Dr. Masha Malka is a Holistic Success Coach, best-selling author, and founder of The One Minute Coach™️ educational system.
She is specialized in success mindset, practical change management, and emotional mastery.
With over 20 years of experience as an executive coach and Organizational Change Management Specialist (OCM), Dr. Malka has inspired and facilitated personal and organizational transformations for hundreds of people.
