As business owners we all want to scale and be successful, but at what cost and how? Too often we find it hard to allow others to take over from us and that leads to us trying to do everything. Then, if we are honest with ourselves we find we are starting to cause internal failure in the very business we started.

In this session we will look at some of the key areas we need to be prepared to not only hand over, but step back and let go of in order to allow other senior executives to join our business and become successful. We need to be prepared not just in terms of knowledge and clear information, but emotionally as well. Being ready in all aspects will allow you to have the best opportunity for success. Plus allow you to step away and be confident your business will still grow while you start to have time back in your life as well.
