ENOUGHNESS MINDSET Be Excited For Excellence

VUCA has given way to BANI, depicting the current state of things in a world of constant change. BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible) represents a rapid shift from the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world that has characterised the business landscape in recent years. It is not surprising that leaders are feeling the pressure of this rapidly evolving business landscape.

To succeed in this environment, it's critical for leaders of all levels to explore their internal challenges. The Enoughness Mindset is a way of thinking that emphasizes the idea that we are all inherently valuable and have enough resources, skills, and abilities to achieve our goals. It allows for a state of adequacy by owning what one knows, thereby fuelling growth, advancement, and leadership. By addressing beliefs about inadequacy perceived as a threat/problem that make people hold back, quit, complain, or self-sabotage, leaders can develop a mindset that promotes self-adequacy and a growth-oriented approach to leadership.

This session aims to expand leaders' awareness of the importance of the Enoughness Mindset in evolving as transformational leaders. Participants will:

• reflect on their challenges related to lack of self-adequacy and learn strategies to address these issues.
• understand that they are not alone, and can draw inspiration from lived experiences and case studies shared by the presenters

By embracing the Enoughness Mindset, leaders can become more effective in their roles, better able to handle stress and uncertainty, and more compassionate and collaborative with their teams. Ultimately, this can help organizations to thrive in the face of the challenges and opportunities of the BANI world.
