Driving Inclusion & Collaboration In Our Teams

Are you ready to unlock the secrets that transform good teams into great ones? Designed to inspire a deeper understanding and appreciation for the diverse fabric that strengthens our teams, this interactive talk will prompt you to think about the untapped potential in fostering collaboration, the unique perspectives each of us bring, and the influential role we play in shaping a positive, inclusive culture.

Feel reflective, accountable, and energised as we explore what inclusion truly means, confront unconscious biases that are a common human experience, and delve into the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) research to reveal how thinking styles influence our behaviors and relationships. Together we'll uncover stereotypes across various dimensions and share best practices to enhance inclusion and collaboration in both professional and personal spheres.
