'Culture eats strategy for breakfast': how do you drive and successfully embed cultural transformations in an organisation?

In many of our meetings we inevitably mention the importance of culture in an organisation. These discussions sometimes then lead to the question of how to change an organisation's culture, which is the topic for our March meeting.

We will share best practices to identify cultural change opportunities, how to drive cultural change and how to make these changes stick.

If you are willing and able to share your experiences with successfully embedding cultural change on the day, please just let me know; we'd love to hear your experiences.
