A new article on the PORTFOLIO Magazine: Fix the system, not the women in it written by our co-founder, Dona Amelia, has been released. In that article, she shared a memorable story from one of our woman chairs, Farzana Shubarna. It tells us how woman leaders struggle from the gender gap not only in the workplace but also in society. She also mentioned a good way to overcome this issue for woman leaders is by having strong support network of peers and mentors.

At EGN, we provide that special network for woman leaders in our Women Executive Leadership Peer Group in which woman leaders are benefitted from having peers and mentors to share experiences and problems they faced in workplace and also in society.
