Communication Leadership

Cultivate a network that is built on mutual professional aspirations and personal ventures with other senior executives.

This confidential peer group brings together Communications leaders across different industries to form a collective network, discuss and define best practices towards both daily challenges as well as strategic directions.

Communications leaders have an incredibly difficult challenge in meeting their organisations’ needs in the digital age. As there is no standard roadmap for excellence in Communications, this is a purpose-built peer group that brings together the right people who can support each other to discover excellence together.

The current key topics that are being explored during our meetings, and we regularly seek our members’ input to flex and change these as situations change:

    • Positioning your organisation amid rising global complexity
    • Building a flexible communications department to meet wide organisational demands
    • Making your organisation stand out in a crowded field
    • Building influential and lasting media relationships
    • Internal communication in the hybrid organisation
    • Communicating a mission and vision that people believe in
    • Communications in a crisis
    • Content management (marriage between content and marketing)
    • Role of communication (internal and external) in change
    • Internal branding (employee branding / journey)

From strategy development to effective execution, this is a peer group that will exchange ideas to identify the best practices for tomorrow.

Some of the organizations represented by current members in EGN Singapore include Content and Community Manager INSEAD, Director of Communications PeopleSearch, Public Relations and Communications Manager at EMERGE Esports, Managing Director High Commission of Canada, Senior Manager, Regional Marketing & Communications of ENGIE South East Asia, just to name a few.
