Shared Success- What the Pandemic has taught us
As Business owners we have been through a few years that we could have never had seen coming……no matter how fantastic your risk register or disaster planning, you could not have had a plan ready for the Covid Global pandemic. The usual challenges of owning your own business became not just amplified due to Covid-19, but also rapidly shifted and changed. We had to grapple with a new world in which to do business, and new ways of reaching and interacting with all of our stakeholders- internal and external- from the safety of our own homes. So we were no longer just focusing on growing our businesses and being successful, but instead had to overnight ensure our businesses did not fail, and adjust all of our core functions to cope with a new reality.
We have now successfully made it to the end of 2022, and arrived at our last meeting for the year! How time flies, but the year has taught us many things. As our peer group benefits greatly from each other’s knowledge and experiences, this final session for the year will be on the key learnings we have all discovered coming out of Covid and moving back into some semblance of a ‘new normal’. This is the time for us to share our key knowledge that will help everyone successfully plan and develop for 2023.
