Leading in the VUCA World

As we gradually go into the post-pandemic world, businesses are finding ways to return to a growth path. There are headwinds in many areas such as the US-China trade war, hyperinflation, imbalanced supply chain, and climate change issues. We have entered a world that VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) is the new BAU (Business As Usual).

This is a time that business leaders need to truly demonstrate the ability to lead with clarity in uncertain times. The ability to be agile and to adapt quickly becomes a day-to-day need. In an imperfect world, long-term strategies may not make much impact vs. short-term tactical actions. There needs to be a stronger focus on employees for everyone to focus on customers.

EGN and MU would like to invite you to join us for a highly interactive seminar which we will invite senior executives to share their perspectives on how to lead in a VUCA world. There will be great opportunities to share your views and to network with others.
