Dr. Frank Hagenow is a German psychologist and global speaker living in Venice, Italy.

As an author and expert on “Leadership Without Mind Games” he has given numerous speeches or workshops for executives as well as accompanied many top managers in his coaching programs.

Being specialized in the psychology of business and communication, Frank has held many seminars on leadership and successfully assisted in several conflict resolutions.

Additionally, he has many years of experience as a psychological evaluator and a managing director.

Frank has the international recognition as Psychologist EuroPsy and was awarded in the USA by the National Speakers Association as Certified Speaking Professional – CSP™. Of over 5,000 professional speakers worldwide, only about 10% are CSPs.His talks have taken him to international venues on 4 continents, such as China, Singapore, Namibia, Iceland, Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, Spain, Turkey, Italy, Malaysia, Switzerland, and the USA.
