As sales leaders we’re lucky if we have star performers. Much of the time we have team members who do okay but who we want to do much better. Driving the performance of these people can be difficult – especially in Asia where a multitude of cultural differences means it can be difficult to know how to motivate and drive people.
In this session we’ll look at this from 4~5 different aspects and will break up into groups so that each group has a chance to ‘make their case’. We know that in reality no one method will work and a combination is likely needed but the goal is to highlight the pros and the best practices of each method.
